Delivery information for AstraGlow orders within the United Kingdom.
Free UK Shipping
All orders qualify for free tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. No minimum spend is required.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 business days — around 4–10 working days in total from your order. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, etc.) may take a little longer. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@astraglow.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
